I had never thought that I would like to make a move ... But we are thinking about the new apartment that we have bought in one of the best urbanizations of Torremolinos ... I am already letting all my friends know about the paddle court that the urbanization has and also the lovely swimming pool to jump in after playing a paddle match. After that, we can go walking to Carrefour Supermarket, at only 5 min walk, to buy a snack and enjoy the sunset from our magnificent terrace with beautiful views of the sea. What more could you want? With private underground parking space in the same building. And the train stop is less than 10 minutes away!
Another thing that I like is knowing that we will have a bedroom for each one of us, the children grow and want their own space. all the bedrooms have a built-in wardrobe and a double glazed window. The whole apartment has air conditioning and central heating.
The truth is that the qualities are very good, with wooden floors, and you just need to paint it.
The little one loves the urbanization because it has a park for children and many areas to learn to ride a bike, luckily we also have a storage room where we can store it.
Anyway ... If you ask me to describe the apartment that I'm looking for (which is not a little), it meets every one of the requirements!
